Singkatnya
Rumi adalah aplikasi untuk orang tua dan nanny yang mengasuh anak bersama: rutinitas, catatan harian, stok, kontak darurat, dan urusan kerja nanny. Bisa dipakai tanpa akun di satu HP. Sinkron antar-HP tidak wajib. Tidak ada iklan, tidak ada pelacak, dan tidak ada pembelian di aplikasi. Aplikasi ini dipakai orang dewasa; anak tidak memakainya.
Data yang dicatat
Yang diisi orang tua dan nanny di aplikasi:
- Tentang anak: nama, tanggal lahir, golongan darah, alergi, obat, catatan kesehatan, dokter, dan kontak darurat (diketik sendiri; aplikasi tidak membaca kontak HP).
- Hari-hari anak: rutinitas dan tugas yang sudah dicentang (oleh siapa dan jam berapa), catatan seperti susu, makan, tidur, dan obat, catatan serah terima, serta foto pada tugas bila diambil.
- Rumah: stok barang, anggota rumah (orang tua dan nanny) beserta jadwal kerjanya.
- Kerja nanny: gaji, kasbon dan cicilannya, cuti, izin, sakit, lembur, permintaan dan jawabannya, serta riwayat gajian.
- Catatan suara (bila direkam).
Catatan harian disimpan 30 hari, lalu dihapus otomatis.
Di mana data disimpan
Tanpa sinkron: semua data di atas disimpan hanya di dalam aplikasi, di perangkat ini. Kami tidak menerima data apa pun.
Dengan sinkron: orang tua masuk dengan Google atau Apple. Dari Google kami menerima nama, alamat email, dan foto profil; dari Apple kami menerima email (bisa berupa alamat samaran dari Apple) dan, pada login pertama, nama depan. Login dibuka di browser perangkat (bukan di dalam aplikasi), dan kata sandi tidak pernah kami terima. Nanny bergabung dengan kode undangan dari orang tua, tanpa akun. Data rumah (termasuk foto pada tugas) lalu disimpan di api.lemburan.com supaya semua HP di rumah itu melihat hal yang sama. Hanya HP yang sudah bergabung ke rumah itu yang bisa membacanya, dan orang tua bisa mencabut akses HP nanny kapan saja.
Catatan suara tidak dikirim: rekamannya tetap di HP yang merekam.
Data sinkron disimpan di Cloudflare (database D1), dikelola Lemburan sendiri. Kami tidak menjual atau membagikan data ke pihak lain.
Izin perangkat
- Mikrofon: hanya saat kamu mengetuk rekam catatan suara (paling lama 30 detik).
- Kamera dan galeri: hanya saat kamu memilih foto pada tugas.
- Suara: di Mode mudah, tugas dibacakan oleh mesin suara browser (text-to-speech). Sebagian browser memakai suara online dari pembuat browsernya; teks tugas lalu diproses oleh mereka.
- Notifikasi: hanya bila kamu menyalakannya di Pengaturan > Notifikasi.
Tidak ada lokasi dan tidak ada akses ke kontak HP.
Layanan pihak ketiga
- Google atau Apple, hanya untuk login orang tua.
- WhatsApp terbuka hanya bila kamu mengetuk "Kirim lewat WhatsApp" untuk mengirim undangan; pesannya kamu sendiri yang mengirim.
- Layanan push browser (Google, Apple, atau Mozilla, sesuai browser) mengantarkan notifikasi bila kamu menyalakannya. Isinya dienkripsi; yang kami simpan hanya alamat push HP ini, jadwal pengingat 36 jam ke depan, dan jam tenang.
Menghapus data
Ketuk Keluar di Pengaturan untuk berhenti sinkron; HP ini kembali ke mode demo. Menghapus aplikasi menghapus semua data di perangkat ini.
Orang tua yang sudah login bisa mengetuk Hapus akun di Pengaturan. Akun langsung dihapus permanen. Rumah yang tidak lagi punya akun atau HP lain yang tergabung ikut dihapus dengan semua datanya; bila masih ada orang tua atau nanny lain di rumah itu, data rumah tetap ada untuk mereka.

In short
Rumi is an app for parents and nannies looking after children together: routines, daily logs, stock, emergency contacts and the nanny's work matters. It works without an account on one phone. Syncing between phones is optional. There are no ads, no trackers and no in-app purchases. The app is used by adults; children do not use it.
What is recorded
What parents and nannies enter in the app:
- About the child: name, date of birth, blood type, allergies, medicines, health notes, doctor and emergency contacts (typed in; the app does not read the phone's contacts).
- The child's days: routines and ticked tasks (by whom and when), logs such as milk, meals, sleep and medicine, the handover note, and a photo on a task when one is taken.
- The household: stock, household members (parents and nannies) and their shifts.
- The nanny's work: wages, cash advances and their instalments, leave, sick days, overtime, requests and their answers, and the payday history.
- Voice notes (when recorded).
Daily records are kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically.
Where it is stored
Without sync: everything above stays only inside the app, on this device. We receive nothing.
With sync: parents sign in with Google or Apple. From Google we receive the name, email address and profile photo; from Apple the email address (possibly a private relay address from Apple) and, on the first sign-in, the first name. Sign-in opens in the device's browser (not inside the app), and we never receive the password. Nannies join with an invite code from a parent, without an account. The household's data (including task photos) is then stored on api.lemburan.com so every phone in the household sees the same thing. Only phones that have joined the household can read it, and parents can revoke a nanny's phone at any time.
Voice notes are not sent: a recording stays on the phone that made it.
Synced data is stored with Cloudflare (D1 database), run by Lemburan itself. We do not sell or share data.
Device permissions
- Microphone: only when you tap to record a voice note (30 seconds at most).
- Camera and photo library: only when you pick a photo for a task.
- Speech: in Mode mudah (easy mode) tasks are read aloud by the browser's text-to-speech. Some browsers use online voices from the browser maker, who then processes the task text.
- Notifications: only when you turn them on in Pengaturan > Notifikasi (Settings > Notifications).
No location and no access to the phone's contacts.
Third-party services
- Google or Apple, only for parents' sign-in.
- WhatsApp opens only when you tap "Kirim lewat WhatsApp" to send an invite; you send the message yourself.
- The browser's push service (Google, Apple or Mozilla, depending on the browser) delivers notifications when you turn them on. Their content is encrypted; we keep only this phone's push address, the reminder schedule for the next 36 hours and the quiet hours.
Deleting data
Tap Keluar (leave) in Settings to stop syncing; this phone goes back to demo mode. Deleting the app deletes everything on this device.
A signed-in parent can tap Hapus akun (delete account) in Settings. The account is deleted for good right away. A household with no other account or phone left is deleted with all its data; if other parents or nannies are still in it, the household's data stays for them.
